The Famous And Professional Aerobatic Pilots That You Must Know

By Christopher Price

Have you ever wondered about the feeling of flying in the sky? Perhaps when you were a kid, you dreamed to be like Peter Pan. Wanting some fairy dust from Tinker Bell so you can also fly endlessly on the sky and go to Neverland. Your childhood days were probably filled with that. As a result, most kids wanted to be a pilot in the future. The experience is fun and sometimes risky as you equip an aerobatic pilot parachute.

Aerobatics has its background or overview that probably not all individuals know of. As they see planes in the sky, then that just it, never bother at some substantial information about it. Actually, aerobatics had already been applied during World War I. This became a weapon as an offense for the enemy that time. But now, the use of this has turned into a show which some people found entertaining.

An air show is an event in public where it exhibits aircraft. It usually includes a demonstration of aerobatics. Airshows are sometimes held in national, local or military charities and usually done for trade events or business ventures. People may found it so cool to look at but sometimes it displays some dangers to the aviators and spectators. Correspondingly, some professionals can perform this job very well. Below are the most well-known aerobatic pilots.

Sean D. Tucker. This aerobatic aviator is American who had won many competitions in airshow championship and considered as one of the best performers in the world of airshows. He had earned a certificate in pilot when he was still seventeen years old and been joining airshows worldwide since in middle 1970s. Tucker was even featured in Oprah Winfrey Show.

Kirby Chambliss. His childhood dream is becoming a pilot in his life. The professional skydive of his father became his inspiration and he fueled an aircraft when he was in high school so he could earn money. As a result, he reached his dream and become an American world champion.

Svetlana Kapanina. An aviator in aerobatics that came from Russia. Kapanina turned into a world champion in category for women. Her career in aviation started when her age was nineteen. Then she became part of the national team in 1991 for Russia.

Patty Wagstaff. Another female pilot that won the championship in U. S. National Aerobatic. Her birth date is on the eleventh of September. It was during her childhood days that she became aware of the system of aviation, thanks to her dad who was working in Japan Airlines back then.

Nigel Lamb. He is a famous English aerobatics pilot and a world champion in Red Bull Air Race in 2014. His father, who was part of the Royal Airforce, was also his inspiration to pursue this career. Lamb was also married to another successful aerobatics aviator.

Those professional pilots had made history. Their motivations and passions are undeniable. Children tend to dream big like controlling and navigating airplanes as they grow up. Parents should not discourage that. It is never too late to dream. As long you kept on pursuing it, you might defy the impossible.
